Thai Glutinous Rice
Thai Glutinous Rice is also known as Sweet Rice, Sticky Rice, and Waxy Rice. The kernel of Glutinous Rice has milky color, which makes it different from White Rice. It becomes quite transparent when cooked and has a very sticky texture.

Thai Parboiled Rice
Parboiled rice is produced by a process of soaking, pressure steaming and drying prior to milling. This modifiles the starch and permits the retention of much of the natural vitamins and minerals in kernels. The rice is usually slightly yellowish, although the colour largely fades after cooking.

Thai Brown Rice
Thai Brown Rice is also known as Cargo Rice and Unpolished Rice.In brown rice, only the husk is removed while the bran layer remains.Because of the bran layer, brown rice contains more nutrients than white rice. In particular,Brown rice is very high in fiber and vitamin B.

Thai Broken Rice
The kernel of rice can become cracked in the field, during the drying process, or during the milling process.Cracks are usually caused by moisture migrating too quickly within the kernel (drying too fast, or moisture being added back to a dry kernel).
